Licensing

License key file
An individual or a legal entity can purchase multi-node CybelePro licenses. A unique key is associated for each node which is distributed as part of the license key file. A license key file is required to install CybelePro software and run CybelePro applications.

License management
Cybele licensing is managed by Cybele Daemon - combined License Manager and Node Registry. The individual or legal entity is allowed to install Cybele Daemon only once. Cybele Daemon is required to run CybelePro applications.  

CybelePro application and nodes
A CybelePro application can run on multiple PC/workstations/hosts consisting of several peer-to-peer connected CybelePro nodes. Each CybelePro node is a JVM – also called a CybelePro container.  

Concurrent use limitation
The number of concurrent CybelePro nodes managed by a Cybele Daemon may not exceed the number of licensed nodes. Note: A PC/workstation/host can have more than one CybelePro node.  

Concurrent applications limitation
Multiple concurrent CybelePro applications, managed by a single Cybele Daemon, can be run subject to concurrent node use as stated above – i.e., the sum of the number of concurrent CybelePro nodes for each application may not exceed the number of licensed nodes.  

No PC/workstation/host lock
CybelePro can be installed on unlimited number of pc/workstations/hosts in a network regardless of operating systems subject to concurrent use limitation as stated above. The keys are not locked to a PC/workstation/host.    

Non-transferable
CybelePro is licensed to a specific individual or legal entity. The system is not transferable and no other individuals and entities are permitted to use the software.

No expiry license
Your CybelePro license does not expire.

License types
Commercial, Academic , ACES User , and Trial licenses are available.

Pricing
CybelePro is priced based on the number of node licenses and license types.
